Obama Using Law Enforcement in Missouri to Silence Opposition

This video is unbelievable to watch while understanding that it is happening here... In the US... today. The examples given my Jennifer Joyce, a St. Louis Circuit Court Prosecutor, as well as Bob McCulloch states that they want to ensure that he is a "Christian" and that he wishes to give the majority of people a tax cut, and to ensure no "ethics laws" have been violated. My question is... who determines the truth?... The Obama Campaign? Its already been made clear in a series of books that the items claimed to be the truth by Obama, has either been exaggerations, or outright lies. What is more startling is even law enforcement is now involved.

I'm curious... If Obama doesn't live up to his campaign promises, and the court has determined them to be the truth... does it open up the court to ethics issues of its own, and can they then be sued for limiting free speech based on propaganda from the Obama Campaign?
